Profile
John Shotwell previously served as the Technical Management Division Chief for Project Manager Tactical Network, and also previously was chief engineer on the Warfighter Information Network-Tactical (WIN-T) program. Having served in the tactical network engineering realm for more than twenty years, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience on tactical network design and implementation to the PEO.
