Maj. Gen. Tom D. Miller is the Director of Logistics, Engineering, and Force Protection, Headquarters Air Combat Command, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Virginia. As Director, he leads a staff of more than 300 personnel across 12 divisions and advocates with a budget of $5.5 billion. He is responsible for the policy, budget and oversight of ACC's maintenance, munitions, supply, transportation, logistics plans, civil engineering and force protection mission areas. He enables supported commanders of more than 42,000 personnel assigned in 35 wings at over 100 operating locations world-wide who maintain and support 1,100-plus fighters and special mission aircraft to execute their assigned missions.

Maj. Gen. Miller has served in a variety of leadership positions at the squadron, group, wing, headquarters and logistics enterprise levels. He has commanded maintenance squadrons in the United States and Iraq, a maintenance group in Afghanistan, a nuclear wing and has served on the Air Staff and the Joint Staff. Prior to his current position, he was the Commander, Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex, Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma.
