Retired from the active duty USA in 2010 after 23 plus years’ experience in tactical communications, spectrum management and electronic warfare. Has served as a civil servant for nine years focused on Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO). Has a bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a master’s degree in Cybersecurity.
