Important Housing Information

All reservation changes must be made online or submitted in writing to via the Housing Center.  All cancellations must be received three days (72 hours) prior to your scheduled check-in date. If you do not cancel your reservation, you will be assessed a fee equal to one night's room and tax. Please note: If you do not arrive on your confirmed arrival date, your room will not be held for the remainder of your stay; and you will be assessed a fee equal to one night's room and tax. Please be sure to verify your arrival date. Government ID is required at check-in for Government-rated rooms. Government rates are based on the prevailing Government per diem rate and are subject to change.
