Each opportunity below includes two registrations to the virtual event plus post-event attendee list with contact information for those who have opted in.
Virtual Platform Supporting Partner ($5,000 / SOLD OUT)
Your logo will appear on the event website and in the virtual platform main lobby in the platform. We will also provide recognition in the daily attendee emails. We can link your logo to your website and/or to your listing within the platform (if applicable).
Info Desk Supporting Partner ($5,000 / SOLD OUT)
Your logo will appear on the event website and on the Information Desk in the main lobby of the virtual event. Your logo will also appear on our information/FAQ tab within the platform. We can link your logo to your website and/or to your listing within the platform (if applicable).
Main Lobby Banner ($5,000 / SOLD OUT)
Your logo will appear on the event website as a branding sponsor and will appear on a banner in the main lobby of the virtual platform. We can link your logo to your website and/or to your listing within the platform (if applicable).
Main Lobby Video ($5,000 / SOLD OUT)
Your logo will appear on the event website as a branding sponsor and your logo will appear on the video screen in the main lobby and will link to a pre-recorded 2-3 minute corporate video that you provide.
Registration ($5,000 / SOLD OUT)
Your logo will appear on the attendee registration site and on every attendee confirmation email. Your logo will also appear on the event website. Company recognition will also be provided in one event promotional email (deadlines apply).
Know Before You Participate Email ($3,000 / SOLD OUT)
Your company logo will appear on the event website and we will include your logo and 2-3 sentence write-up about your company in the last email sent to attendees prior to the start of the event. Please be advised that our Platinum Supporting Partner logos will also appear in this email but we will list your logo and write-up first.
Industry Tech Talk: On-Demand Only ($2,000 / SOLD OUT)
Your logo will appear on the event website as a Thought Leadership Supporting Partner and your pre-recorded 10-minute session will be listed in the On-Demand Tech Talk sessions under Industry Thought Leadership and after the Silver level sponsor sessions. The link for on-demand sessions will be included in one of the daily emails sent to attendees. Please note these sessions will not be listed on the main agenda but we will promote them via attendee emails and in our daily administrative remarks.
Supporting Partner Listings ($2,000 / SOLD OUT)
Your logo will appear on the event website as a Supporting Partner. You will also have the opportunity to add a company profile to Supporting Partner listing page within the platform. Please note the order in which listings appear will be – Platinum, Gold, Silver and Small Business will appear by level and then in alpha order – followed by these Supporting Partner Listings in alpha order. These are listing pages and you are not expected to man them as booths. We do not anticipate large numbers of visitors. This is primarily an opportunity to have visibility in the event and be able to promote your companies’ capabilities to the WEST virtual event audience.
