Andrew leads the architecture practice at Google Public Sector which creates innovative cloud solutions for federal, state and local government customers, as well as generates long-term technical strategy to differentiate Google in the public sector market.
Andrew has over 20 years of experience leading cloud, cybersecurity and enterprise IT programs across the federal government in executive roles at the Department of Navy, Accenture Federal Services and now Google Public Sector. He spent most of his career in critical acquisition roles at NAVWAR leading the technical aspects of large-scale enterprise and tactical IT programs at PEO Digital and PEO C4I. Andrew also led strategy development and budget planning at OPNAV N1 and N2/N6 for key IT transformations. In his final role in the government, he helped create PEO Digital as the Technical Director and re-establish the DON CIO office as the DON Chief Architect.
A native of North Carolina, Tash graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science degree in computer engineering. After graduation, he started his civil service career with NIWC Atlantic where he also earned a Master of Science degree in systems engineering from Southern Methodist University.
