Profile

Dominic Sale is the head of operations for GSA’s Technology Transformation Services (TTS). In this role, he supports the innovators and doers of TTS in helping agencies build, buy and share technology that allows them to provide a better experience for the public. Prior to TTS, Mr. Sale was the Deputy Associate Administrator for the Office of Information, Integrity and Access (I2A) within GSA’s Office of Government-wide Policy (OGP). In this role, he led a team to support federal CIOs and their staffs better navigate the complexities of the federal IT landscape by offering advice, solutions and information. In both roles at GSA, Mr. Sale regularly partners with the White House’s Office of Management and Budget (OMB) to drive change in the federal government in critical areas such as cyber security, digital government, IT cost transparency,
and IT infrastructure. Prior to joining GSA, Mr. Sale spent six years at OMB’s Office of E-Government and Information Technology as Chief of Data Analytics and Reporting for the Federal Chief Information Officer. In this role, he led efforts to improve insights into federal IT by assessing data quality and timeliness. Before his federal service, Mr. Sale managed enterprise architecture, capital planning and security initiatives at BAE Systems and BearingPoint. Mr. Sale is a graduate of the University of Virginia. He currently resides in Washington, D.C. with his wife and two children.
