Profile

Mr. Broderick is currently serving as the Deputy Chief of the Identity and Information Management Division (IIMD), Immigration Records and Identity Services (IRIS), Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). IIMD was created in January 2019 as a merger of the former Records Division and Biometrics Division. Mr. Broderick joined Records Division in March 2015 as a Management and Program Analyst and was assigned as a system Product Owner.
As the Deputy Chief Mr. Broderick provides leadership and oversight to multiple enterprise systems modernization efforts, immigration information policy, training and information sharing programs. His vision and drive have been critical to the early successes of Person Centric Identity Management (PCIM).
Prior to joining USCIS Mr. Broderick worked in the civilian sector as a program manager providing modeling and simulation force protection support to the Department of Defense.
Mr. Broderick served in the United States Marine Corps for 21 years before retiring in January of 2013. He graduated from the University of Michigan Class of 1999, receiving a Bachelor of Business Administration degree. He is also a 2004 graduate of the Naval Post Graduate School with a Masters of Business Administration.
