Profile

Rick Moon is the Chief of the Identity, Credential & Access Management (ICAM) Section within the Enterprise IT & Cyber Infrastructure Division for the United States Air Force. The ICAM section includes both the AF Public Key Infrastructure and Air Force Directory Services programs. Mr. Moon has over 31 years of experience in the Cyber/PKI/Information Assurance/Identity Management community working on complex technical problems and providing innovative solutions to solve problems for the AF both as a Federal employee and as a contractor. He is well known in the IA, Identity and PKI communities across the AF, DoD, and the Federal community as a subject matter expert at the enterprise level. Rick has a B.S. in Computer Science from Texas A&M University and a M.S. in Information Technology & Infrastructure Assurance from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
