He has extensive government experience, serving as a national security lawyer and trusted advisor for three U.S. Presidential Administrations & Cabinet Secretaries at the U.S. Department of State, Treasury, The White House & U.S. Senate. He has interfaced with C-suite executives and government leaders from 100 countries, working in close coordination with U.S. policy & national security stakeholders, and receiving commendations from Republican and Democratic leadership. He serves as a trusted advisor to many C-suite executives who are navigating difficult issues and revitalizing the economy, and helping them to improve services by leveraging emerging technologies like AI/ML, blockchain, cognitive biometric-enabled systems, identity services, & 5G. He serves on multiple boards including the OECD AI & Blockchain Expert Policy Advisory Boards and the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Trade Finance Advisory Council, appointed by the Secretary of Commerce, to advise the federal government on how to modernize business processes and integrate digital technologies to ensure government, trade & supply chain continuity. Combiz is the recipient of multiple awards including the 2020 Federal 100 Award, nominated by 3 Federal CIOs, for solving some of the government’s toughest challenges. Combiz speaks several languages & aspires to become a U.S. Ambassador to the EMEA region.
