BioVoice is the Security Solution for cutting edge authentication throughout the Enterprise developed by LG-TEK. The patented BioVoice technology, originating within the Tech Transfer program at the National Security Agency, is the culmination of advanced voice spectral research resulting in a flexible, secure, readily deployable cross-platform voice biometric solution. Over the last few years, our BioVoice team has continuously evolved the technology to be language and text-independent for maximum scalability. BioVoice accuracy is scored at or above 96%, with varied incorporation across numerous products and business domains. Anti-spoofing algorithms are leveraged to thwart common attack vectors by analyzing spectral properties on a per-model basis, and advanced noise cancelation is another main component of the core. The noise cancelation ensures the cleanest possible recording for a variety of environments with the multiple model paradigms contributing to the successful operation by balancing matching weights given the amount of background noise. BioVoice also employs automatic gain control, providing leveling prior to the main processing routines. In addition, standard low-pass and high-pass digital filters perform initial filtering. Our core technology has been applied to different operating environments to solve a wide array of identity challenges. Our primary models are variations of the Mel Cepstrum frequency bands, BARK and ERB (Equivalent Rectangular Bandwidth) and a custom Periodogram model with autocorrelation. Other models such as LPC (Linear Predictive Coding) are also available, based on the needs of our clients across the following selection of solutions: BioVoice Pass The application of the core technology was first realized with the introduction of BioVoice Pass. This IOS application allows users to protect their passwords with their voice. Optionally, a PIN can be added for two factor authentication. The enrollment process is a single 3-4 second Static or dynamic passphrase. Sensitive data is protected by 256-bit AES based encryption and can only be un-encrypted on the device where it was encrypted. BioVoice WIN Login The BioVoice team has integrated the BioVoice technology into a Microsoft Credential provider allowing fast, secure authentication to the Windows 10 operating system. This self-contained advanced identity provider is tightly integrated into the Microsoft authentication pipeline. BioVoice Visitor The most recent product line to utilize this technology is BioVoice Visitor. This IOS/IPAD-based application secures and expedites the visitor registration process. Visitors are enrolled with a single 3-4 second audio collection along with their name. Other optional enrollment data such as photos, email, and company name can be obtained. Visits only require a quick 2-4 second voice recording and contact selection before a badge is printed and their contact is alerted through a unified messaging system, including enterprise email and/or SMS Text. BioVoice SDK BioVoice provides an SDK that offers biometric speaker recognition algorithms, software libraries, user interfaces, reference programs, and documentation to use voice biometrics to enable multifactor authentication on Windows, Linux and iOS devices. Biometric template storage and matching can be performed either on a mobile device, localized hardware, or even on a server. BioVoice APIs are reliable, configurable, and easy to use, complemented by a level of technical support that has helped make BioVoice a trusted provider of quality biometric software and solutions. BioVoice Access Control Low-cost embedded Linux platforms have been used to provide digital control of physical locks and other security hardware. BioVoice has developed add-on boards to COTS platforms to facilitate the control of external devices. Our hardware extensibility can interface with common protocols such as SPI, I2C and PWM as well as vendor specific interfaces. Summary BioVoice is an efficient and accurate voice biometric solution designed to carry current infrastructure into the future.
