CW3 Josiah Johnstone works for Strategic Plans and Integration branch of CCoE to support the Transformation in Contact Initiative and Signal School Curriculum Development at the Cyber Center of Excellence, Fort Gordon, GA. He advises the Chief of Signal and Signal Corps leadership on training gaps within the Signal Corps community, including the development of the Signal Mobile Advanced Training (S-MART) program and Next Generation Command and Control (NGC2) curriculum.
CW3 Johnstone originally joined the Navy in 2006 and transitioned to the Army Warrant Officer Corps in 2016. He has served in a variety of enlisted and Warrant Officer assignments as an Electronics Technician, Network Management Technician, Commo Team OIC, and WOAC Instructor. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology with a concentration in Advanced Networking.
