Over the past decade, Keith has successfully contributed to, sold, and delivered services totaling over 250 million internationally, spanning numerous industries. Lately he has worked with one of the largest quick serve restaurant chains to help develop a cybersecurity and threat intelligence program for rolling up overall security posture and scoring by region. Consulted a large life science company in understanding all of the different services they deliver as well as the services they interact with from an HR and applications perspective. Produced ServiceNow design documents for implementing HRSM. Solutioned and won a 50M+ IT Outsourcing for ServiceDesk, Field Support, Advanced Exchange, Configuration Management, and more, all using ServiceNow as the system of record.
