CW2 McCaskill is a 170B Electromagnetic Warfare Technician, currently assigned to 3rd Armored Brigade Combat Team where he is the OIC for the Cyber and Electromagnetic Activities (CEMA) cell. As the CEMA OIC, he has prioritized emphasis on both SIGINT and Fires/Maneuver integration, coordinating multi-domain operations through “sensor to shooter” scenarios while experimenting with future protective solutions for the front-line elements. A former 29E/17E, he also served as the 2-2 SBCT CEMA Operations NCO, participating in target working groups and planning on Brigade staff. As a Senior Team Chief, he fielded quick reaction capabilities at a Platoon level, operating experimental systems through various exercises and joint branch field tests.
CW2 McCaskill joined the Army in 2010 and has served in many enlisted and warrant officer assignments, with one deployment and several overseas tours in various countries throughout his career.
