CW4 Jabar C. Steward, serves as the Senior Electronic Warfare (EW) Technical Advisor for Program Executive Office Intelligence, Electronic Warfare and Sensors (PEO IEW&S); assigned to Project Manager Electronic Warfare and Cyber (PM EW&C). Responsible for advising on EW investment, architecture, integration, and technology to support critical missions and user needs to the tactical edge and above building to a full-spectrum force. He advises on warrant officer recruitment, mentorship, and development throughout the PEO. His previous warrant officer experience includes serving as the 173rd ABN Bde EW Technician, the Senior EW Technician for the 82nd ABN DIV and XVIII ABN CORPS, CJFLCC-I EWO, CJTF OIR EWT, 512th EN DET Geospatial Planning Cell (GPC) EW/OPS Technician, and MCTP Senior EW Observer Controller.
CW4 Steward’s professional military education includes Electronic Warfare Technician Basic and Advanced Courses, Warrant Officer Intermediate Level Education, and Warrant Officer Senior Service Education.
