LTC Jeffrey (JT) Little was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the Field Artillery upon graduation from Officer Candidate School in 2004 and transferred to the Cyberspace Operations Branch in 2018. He is currently assigned to the Cyber Center of Excellence as the Director, Army Program Office – Information Advantage and Chief, Doctrine Division.

His military education includes the Field Artillery Officer Basic Course, Field Artillery Captain’s Career Course, U.S. Army’s Command and General Staff College (Resident), U.S. Army War College Fellowship, Joint Cyberspace Operations Planner’s Course, Headquarters Joint Operations Command’s Advance Cyber Planner’s Course (Australia), Air Component Special Technical Operations Planner’s Course, Joint Firepower Course, Red Team Member’s Course, and Airborne School. He has Bachelor of Science in Textile Technology with a Design Concentration from North Carolina State University and a Master’s Degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with Concentration in International Relations from the University of Oklahoma.
He has one tour to Iraq as a Military Transition Team Fire Support Officer, one tour to Afghanistan as a Battery Commander, and one tour to Qatar as the Officer in Charge for U.S. Cyber Command’s Expeditionary Cyber Support Element.
LTC Little’s military awards and decorations include Bronze Star Medal, Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal (6 OLC), Army Commendation Medal (3 OLC), Army Achievement Medal (1 OLC), Navy Achievement Medal, Joint Meritorious Unit Award, Army Superior Unit Award, Meritorious Unit Citation, and numerous campaign and service medals, Parachutist Badge, Combat Action Badge, Germany Armed Force Proficiency Badge (Gold), and German Armed Forces Marksmanship Badge (Gold).
LTC Little is married and they have one child.
Sessions
