Profile

As the Signal Commandant, Colonel Donley is responsible for leading a team of over 550 educators who train approximately 11,000 students annually. She serves as the principal representative of the Signal Regiment for all Active Duty, Reserve, and National Guard components worldwide, and is the Personnel and Branch Proponent for more than 55,000 Signal Soldiers.

Colonel Donley has held numerous command and staff positions throughout her distinguished career. Her most recent assignments include serving as the Commander of the 21st Signal Brigade, Commander of the 302d Signal Battalion, Legislative Liaison, and Army Military Aide to the Vice President of the United States in Washington, D.C.

Earlier in her career, following a five-year assignment with the 1st Infantry Division in Germany, COL Donley was stationed at Fort Gordon, where she held multiple leadership roles within the 67th Signal Battalion, 35th Theater Tactical Signal Brigade (TTSB), and the 63d Signal Battalion, including support during several deployments.
