Romain Nowakowski is an accomplished business development and growth strategist with nearly two decades of experience leading high-impact initiatives across technology, consulting, and government contracting sectors. Since beginning his career in 2006, Romain has held progressive leadership roles, driving strategic growth, sales, and operational excellence for multiple organizations. Romain is the Chief Strategy Officer at OSC Edge, a position he has held since 2022.
In 2010, Romain served as a Business Development Consultant at QualTech Inc. and as Principal at Titan Solutions and Consulting, Inc. The following year, he advanced to VP of Business Development at SilTek, Inc. while also consulting for GTech Networks, LLC. From 2017 to 2020, Romain held senior executive roles, including VP of Business Development & Capture at DirectViz Solutions, LLC; VP of Alliant II PMOs & DoD at VariQ; and VP of Strategic Growth & Business Development at Advanced Onion, Inc. In 2020, he became Chief Operating Officer and VP of Growth and Sales at OSC Edge, where he focused on scaling operations and expanding market presence.
In 2022, Romain joined Codeup as a member of the Technical Advisory Board, leveraging his expertise to support the organization’s mission of advancing technical education and workforce development.
Romain studied Accounting and Business Management at Northern Virginia Community College and attended the American Community Schools earlier in their academic journey. He is currently based in Ashburn, Virginia.
