David White is the branch chief of Lifecycle Planning and Enterprise Contracts and Joint Enterprise Licensing Agreement program manager for the Defense Information Systems Agency Acquisition. With nearly 20 years of federal government experience, White leads acquisition efforts directly affecting mission success and responsible resource management.
Before becoming the branch chief, White was the Defense Department Adobe JELA project lead. In that role, he established two enterprise contracts within the past five years, significantly increasing cost value, capabilities, Defense Department agency enrollments, and industry collaboration.
Before joining DISA, White supported the Department of Homeland Security as a procurement consultant. He previously was a 1102 contracting professional with Navy Medicine in San Diego, California. White holds a program management certification, a Functional Service Manager credential, and an ITIL 4 certification.
