Aiden Burris is from Marietta, GA and attends Norwich University as an Electrical and Computer Engineering major.
In the summer of 2024, Aiden attained an internship at the C5ISR Center in APG, Maryland and collaborated on projects that assisted the efforts of the Cyber, Military Intelligence, and Signal branches of the U.S. Army. He used technical equipment such as HackRF, High Frequency Army radios, C-Band radios, antennas, anechoic chambers, and robotic platforms to analyze signals, propagate frequencies, and observe various behaviors of the mentioned equipment items.
Aiden has been the Team Captain for the NCAA Rifle Team at Norwich University since his sophomore year and has competed since freshman year. He is the president for the IEEE club on campus and holds monthly meetings with the other club leaders and members.
Aiden recently attended Advanced Camp at Fort Knox and completed CTLT at Fort Johnson where he was integrated into an Infantry Unit. He plans to graduate in May 2026 and commission into the U.S. Army.
