Colonel Adam Dykstra serves as the Director of the Experimentation Division, Cyber Future Capability Directorate, Fort Gordon, Ga. His civilian education includes a BS in Political Science from Western Illinois University, an MS in Information Security from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and MS in Strategic Studies from the United States Air War College.
COL Dykstra joined the Illinois Army National Guard in 1999 as an 11B Infantryman. In August 2002, he received his active-duty commission through the Reserve Officer Training Corps at Western Illinois University. His military education includes the Infantry Officer Basic Course, Signal Officer Advanced Course, FA53 - Information Systems Managers Course, the Command and General Staff Officer Course, and the United States Air War College.
