Profile

Eric Bowes assumed responsibility as Program Officer for the Army Reprogramming Analysis Team (ARAT) in June 2018. As Program officer, Mr. Bowes leads ARAT in developing a vision, strategy, and implementation for Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) reprogramming across the Army. He leads a portfolio of many EW systems including Radar Warning Receivers (RWRs), counter Remote Control Improvised Explosive Devices (RCIED), and signal intelligence systems.

Mr. Bowes spent the first 8 years of his career at the Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) Product Office where he led the ACAT 1 program through MS B and MS C achievements as Test Lead in deployment of Increment 2. He joined the CECOM Army Shared Services Team in 2016 where he held Branch Chief and project management duties leading multiple IT projects to increase asset visibility and financial reporting.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Villanova University and a Master’s in Engineering Management from Drexel University. He is DAWIA Certified Level 3 in Information Technology, Level 2 in Software Engineering, and Level 1 in Test and Evaluation.

Eric is the proud father of three beautiful girls. He currently resides in Kennett Square, PA and enjoys spending time with family and friends and cheering on his favorite Philadelphia sports teams, particularly the Eagles, Phillies, and Villanova Wildcats.
