Barbara Ellen Bridges has extensive experience driving revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic partnerships across the Federal, Intel & Defense industries. She serves at Garrison (purchased by Everfox in Jan 2025) as Senior Strategic Relationship Executive (Sales & Business Development). In this role, Barbara uncovers multi-million-dollar opportunities in the IC and FedCiv space to bring large-scale enterprise deals to the company. She also partners with Account Executives to develop strategy plans and the overall vision for the art of the possible. Barbara, moreover, builds strong relationships within the Public-private sector to help the company reach its growth goals. Before the company's acquisition by Everfox, a complementary capability was merged, creating an enhanced opportunity to support mission-critical programs across the US Government. Barbara formed strong relationships within the Intel Community, DISA, focused Army opportunities, and key PRIME FSIs to bring the best solutions to meet the client’s needs.
As the DoD/IC Executive for this cybersecurity innovation technology in the cross-domain access market, Garrison became the first UK company to be included in the US “Raise the Bar” (RTB) through the NSA process, which Barbara played a pivotal role in. She built a pipeline to achieve $7M in revenue last year. Barbara also leveraged an extensive personal network of C-level executives, program managers, and project teams within federal agencies and integrators to target key decision-makers.
Prior to that, Barbara worked with Empower Cyber LLC, Empower Solutions, Inc., and Par Excellence as President and Founder. She leveraged her former experience to form a company that executed account development, sales, and marketing strategies for start-ups and companies of all sizes, driving growth in the federal sector and with federal integrators. Barbara collaborated with major federal integrators to grow strategic partnerships to include most of the top 20+ Integrators (BAH, CACI, GDIT/MS, Leidos, Lockheed Martin, NGC, SAIC, and others). In addition, she secured strategic business engagements for clients such as Agilious, Carahsoft, Chertoff Group, Cloud7Works, Cylance, FireEye/Mandiant, Fortinet, ImmixGroup, Inc., New Horizons, Juniper Networks, Mojo Networks, Palo Alto Networks, Perthera, SAP, and 35+ additional organizations. Moreover, Barbara designed and executed winning strategies that marshaled public and private sector goals, leveraging multiple contract types, including Full and Open, WOSB, SDVOSB, HUBZone, and IDIQ awards to supply status and updates for enhancing win rates.
Barbara has won numerous awards for her achievements, including the Art Duplessie Award at ZDS, the AFCEA DC Chapter Chair award for significant leadership to AFCEA DC, and the Cyber Community AFCEA DC Chapter award for the 5th Annual Cross-Agency Cyber Security Summit. She also serves on several boards, including as Chair/Co-Chair of the Annual Cybersecurity Symposiums. Barbara also conceived and chaired the past six Cybersecurity Symposiums for the AFCEA DC Chapter, making it one of the most successful cybersecurity events in the industry.
