Description

By analyzing an extensive dataset of over 2,500 European GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) infringement cases, including the full text of its laws and explanatory notes, we've developed a sophisticated AI tool designed to understand and process complex legal information. This system analyzes a case summary, identifies the most likely laws that have been violated, and recommends a proportionate fine, all while transparently displaying its decision-making process. Although built on European data, the tool is designed as a model for U.S. regulators and courts, demonstrating how relevant international examples can help accelerate the adoption of AI-driven privacy enforcement in the United States.
