Description

As the Army transforms to meet the demands of Multidomain Operations (MDO), rapidly evolving technologies and the challenge of integrating new capabilities are creating critical training gaps in the Signal, Cyber, Electromagnetic Warfare (EW), and Public Affairs professions. This panel will explore how the Army is adapting institutional and operational training to ensure Soldiers maintain a decisive edge in a contested environment.

Panelists will discuss innovative approaches to training including Outcomes-Based-Education, Courseware-as-Code, WRAVEN (formerly CATATUMBO), and Future Signal Readiness Training to address the complexities of fielding and mastering cutting-edge equipment. They will share insights on overcoming challenges related to inconsistent equipment delivery and ensuring forces are fully prepared to execute MDO.
