Well-schooled in alternative contracting solutions and contract vehicle alignment, Dave held leadership and business development positions for companies of varying size and scope. From opportunity capture and program management to client relationship and business development growth, and from developing software to project and personnel management at a large science and technology firm; he’s been involved in developing innovation and engagement events, implementing transformational strategies, and building communities of interest and impact for consortia and beyond. His experience includes both member and management positions with several DoD-based OTA Consortia, standing up an OTA industry community, creating internal corporate innovation events, and has spent the majority of his career in the Research, Development, Testing and Evaluation sector.

Specialties: Working with defense, federal, and industry customers to recommend specific contracting and technical solutions, identify future opportunities to optimize growth potential and stability, and recognize innovation-based opportunities in unlikely places.
