CW2 Francisco Joa is a 255N, Network Operation Warrant Officer and currently serves as the 101st Airborne Division Artillery NetOps Warrant Officer, Fort Campbell, KY. He is the network technical advisor to the “FSCOORD”, Fires Support Coordinator, of the 101st Airborne Division. A native of Miami, FL, he enlisted in 2012 into the US Army as a 25Q, Multi-Channel Transmission Operator Maintainer. In 2019, he applied for and was accepted to become a Warrant Officer in the Army as a 255N, Network Management Technician. CW2 Joa’s previous assignments, in order, were 94th Brigade Support Battalion, Fort Polk, Louisiana, 63rd Expeditionary Signal Battalion, Fort Stewart, Georgia, 3rd Combat Aviation Brigade, Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia, 54th Strategic Signal Battalion, Camp Arifjan, Kuwait.
He holds a General Studies Associate of Arts Degree from the Central Texas College and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the Southern New Hampshire University.
