CPT Rengiil was born on the island of Guam and was raised around the world, as a military dependent while her father served. She attended the University of Guam where she received a Bachelor's of Science in Public Administration and Policy with a Minor in Military Science.
She earned her commission through the Reserve Officer Training Corps in May of 2019. CPT Rengiil's most recent assignments are Company Executive Officer and Network Extension Platoon Leader, Signal Company, 1st Multi-Domain Effects Battalion, 1st Mutli-Domain Task Force, Joint Base LewisMcChord; Network Support Platoon Leader, Alpha Company, 304th Expeditionary Signal Battalion, 1st Signal Brigade, Camp Humphreys, South Korea.
CPT Rengiil's current awards and decorations include the Army Space Badge, Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Korean Defense Service Medal, Army Service Ribbon, and Overseas Service Ribbon
