Chief Warrant Officer Five Jorge Roman serves as the Senior Signal Warrant Officer Advisor for the Army National Guard (ARNG) and to the Commanding General and Staff at the Cyber Center of Excellence, Fort Eisenhower, Georgia. CW5 Roman has a wealth of military experience serving in all three Army components. He enlisted into the Army National Guard in 1985 serving as a Crew Cannoneer member. In 1987 he joined the District of Columbia Army National Guard serving in a variety of positions such as Computer Machine Operator, Electronics Supervisor, and Information Systems Technician. In 2001, he received his appointment as a Warrant Officer One upon graduating from the Warrant Officer Candidate School.

He is a 2006 and 2011 graduate of Strayer University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Computer Networking and a Masters’ of Science in Information Systems and Concentration in Computer Security Management.
