Profile

CW5 David P. Lucy is a Senior Cyber Warfare Technician currently serving as the Command Chief Warrant Officer (CCWO) for the Cyber Center of Excellence (CCoE) and Fort Eisenhower, GA. He advises the CCoE Commanding General (CG) and Staff on technical and procedural matters across the full spectrum of Army Cyberspace Operations including Signal, Cyber, and Electronic Warfare (EW). He serves as the principal advisor to the CCoE CG on all aspects of warrant officer training, leader development, utilization, and is responsible for synchronizing and integrating warrant officer related activities into the CCoE culture.

CW5 Lucy joined the Army in 1998 and has served in a multitude of enlisted and warrant officer assignments with seven deployments and several overseas tours in a variety of countries throughout his career. He holds a MS Degree in Cybersecurity and a MS in Network Engineering.
