Paul Wertz, CEO, SherpaWerx LLC: Retiring after 27 years at AT&T he founded and acts as the Chief Executive Officer at SherpaWerx working with Federal, State and Municipal governments helping with digital transformation, cybersecurity and Smart Cities. SherpaWerx is partnered with Trends Global on a grant from the Army Cyber Institute at West Point grant for cybersecurity research focused on Critical Infrastructure. He is President of AFCEA Atlanta a non-profit collaboration between the military, government, industry, and academia aligning technology for those in critical areas, including defense, security, cyber and intelligence. He is an active member of the Homeland Security and Cyber Committees. With a career that includes 17 years in public safety, the Navy Reserves, significant telecom experience, and mission teams work, he has a significant understanding of how to make things better.
