Todd Boudreau serves as the Deputy Commandant of the U.S. Army Cyber and Electromagnetic Warfare School responsible for workforce development matters for Active and Reserve Component Soldiers and the development, conduct, and resourcing of Cyber Warfare and Electromagnetic Warfare training. Todd previously served as Special Assistant to the Commanding General and Director Office Chief of Signal following his retirement in 2014 after serving over three decades of uniformed service.
Todd enlisted in the Army in 1983 and received his warrant officer appointment in 1990. His warrant officer assignments include but were not limited to: Communications Maintenance Officer for the 6th Signal Command, Saudi Arabia/Kuwait; Communications Officer for the Supreme Allied Commander (SACEUR), Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE), Belgium; and Satellite Systems Engineering Officer, Defense Information Systems Agency Europe, Stuttgart, Germany. His operational deployments include Kuwait, Serbia, Kosovo, Iraq, and Afghanistan. He was selected as the third Regimental Chief Warrant Officer of the Signal Regiment in January 2010. He retired from the Army in 2014.
Todd’s education includes a bachelor’s in counselling, Master of Divinity, second master’s with an education concentration, and is a PhD candidate defending his dissertation in Ministry Leadership this September. He is also a graduate of the Federal Executive Institute, the Army War College Senior Leader Seminar, and the Harvard Senior Executive Fellows. Todd is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God, an Associate Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation, and a member of the DoD Federal Coaching Network.
Todd has been married for 39 years and has two sons, two daughters-in-law, two granddaughters, and two grandsons.
