CW5 Brian D. Matthews is a Senior Cyber Warfare Technician currently serving as the Chief Warrant Officer of the Branch for the U.S Army Cyber School, Cyber Center of Excellence (CCoE) and Fort Eisenhower, GA. He leads and coaches the Army’s Cyber and Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) Warrant Officer cohort, advises CCOE senior leadership on employment, equipping, and training strategies for Cyber and EW personnel, organizations, and systems and reviews and provides technical input to doctrine, regulation, policy, and concepts of operation that affect the Army’s Cyber and Electromagnetic Warfare forces’ ability to conduct current and emerging missions

CW5 Matthews joined the Army in 1998 and has served in many enlisted and warrant officer assignments within the military intelligence and cyber communities. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communications and an Masters of Business Administration specializing in Project Management.
