Mrs. Nickie Morris is an Engagement / Program Manager within the SOFTact Solutions ServiceNow practice. Prior to joining STS in 2023, Nickie spent 33 years in the United States Army in various tactical and strategic positions. She concluded her service with assignments as the Brigade Commander of the U.S. Army Information Systems Engineering Command (ISEC) and the Chief of Staff of the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM). She is a graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and the U.S. Army War College with a Masters Degree in Strategic Studies. She also holds a Masters Degree in Telecommunications Management from Webster University.
