Profile
Dr. Frank Lazzara serves as the U.S. Army Cyber School (USCyS) Leader Development and Education Specialist. In this role he provides Leader Development training, strategic training strategy writing, educational development initiatives and provides Lessons Learned integration into Cyber AOC curricula and initiatives. He assists the CCoE in Lessons Learned and other Cyber School initiatives.
Previously, Dr. Lazzara served as Planner for the Fort Eisenhower Network Enterprise Center. Prior to this, Dr. Lazzara served as the Vice President of Business development for two DoD Army Contracting companies. Prior to those positions, he was on the Columbus State University’s College of Business Faculty as an Information Systems faculty member and was the Director for the College’s Center for Regional Economic Services (CRES) responsible for over 15 western Georgia counties for economic development assistance to Columbus State and the Columbus Georgia area. A former U.S. Army Armor Officer, he has served in both CONUS and OCONUS positions to include command and as an OC at the National Training Center.
Dr. Lazzara has a Doctorate in Strategic Information Technology Management, Master of Business Administration, Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and is the Recipient of the U.S. Cavalry and Armor Association’s Order of St. George – Bronze Award for service to the Cavalry and Armor Branch.
