CW5 Ramil Francisco serves as the Cyber Center of Excellence Reserve Component Affairs Office – US Army Reserve (USAR) Senior Warrant Officer Advisor. He is Signal and Cyber MOS qualified and responsible for representing USAR in both Signal and Cyber proponents. The Chief of Army Reserve appointed him to be an Army Reserve Proponent Advisor responsible for advising and supporting Signal Warrant Officers in AGR, Troop Program Unit (TPU), Individual Mobilization Augmentee, and Individual Ready Reserve. He is responsible for assisting the Army Reserve Careers Group and Human Resources Command in managing Signal and Cyber Warrant Officers careers.
CW5 Francisco joined the Army in 1994 and has served in various assignments in Active Duty, USAR TPU, and is currently an AGR. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, and a Master’s in Business Administration.
