GREGORY L. FORDHAM is the founder and CEO of Celestial Defense, Inc in Atlanta, GA. He is a very knowledgeable consultant and testifying expert in the fields of federal government contracts and computer forensics.

For more than 30 years he has provided contractors and their counsel, and even the government itself on a few occasions, with ingenious solutions to difficult contract administration and regulatory compliance problems covering the full spectrum of pre-award and post award issues. He is most often involved in asserting or defending contract price adjustments as a result of constructive changes at the prime or subcontract level.

Although he initially developed his computer forensic expertise to support his work with government contracts, since 2001 he has worked on over 500 computer forensic projects involving incident response and forensic analysis of network servers, personal computers, personal and network storage devices, cell phones, and cloud-based storage accounts. About half of his cases have involved the misappropriation of trade secrets and other sensitive data but he has also worked on network intrusions and data breaches, bankruptcy matters, construction claims, some criminal matters including death penalty cases, and various labor related employment cases like discrimination, harassment, and wrongful termination.

He has been accepted as a testifying expert in various Federal and State courts, arbitration forums and Boards of Contract Appeal. He has successfully defended his opinions in depositions, pre-trial hearings and at trial more than 30 times.

Greg is a prolific writer and has authored over 70 articles that have appeared in publications like: University of Richmond, Journal of Law and Technology; Bureau of National Affairs, Federal Contracts Report; Bureau of National Affairs, Digital Discovery and E-evidence, American Bar Association, The Procurement Lawyer; American Bar Association, Expert Witness, Aspen Legal Publishing, 2007 Construction Law Update, Board of Contract Appeals Bar Association, The Clause, Procurement Associates, Government Contracts Service, National Contract Management Association, Contract Management, Warren Gorham & Lamont, Internal Auditing to name a few.

He has also written a nearly 400 page manual titled, An Experts Guide to Digital Evidence: The (Almost) Complete Works that he often uses to teach courses on digital evidence and cyber litigation to lawyers at seminars sponsored by the National Business Institute, Lorman Education Services, the Clear Law Institute, and the Institute for Continuing Legal Education in Georgia.

Greg is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in Virginia, and a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) by the Institute of Internal Auditors. He also has several certifications reflecting his computer forensic expertise like the Certified Computer Examiner (CCE) by the International Society of Forensic Computer Examiners, the Security+ certification by the Computing Technology Industry Association, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) by Microsoft Corp, the Certified Live Investigator and the Certified Steganography Investigator by Wetstone Technologies. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Emory University in Atlanta.
