The Army Unified Network Plan (AUNP) addresses Army information technology and the network in a comprehensive approach to enable Multi-Domain Operations (MDO). The AUNP establishes five lines of effort (LOE), number three specifically being Security and Survivability—Commander’s Freedom of Action in Cyberspace.
