CW5 Travis W. Ysen is a Senior Cyber Warfare Technician serving as the Chief Warrant Officer for the Cyber Branch headquartered at the Cyber Center of Excellence (CCOE), Fort Gordon, GA. He advises Cyber Branch and Army leadership on initiatives, policies, and employment strategies for offensive and defensive cyberspace operations (OCO/DCO), electromagnetic warfare (EW), and cyber capability development. As the Senior Warrant of the Cyber Branch, he also oversees talent management, recruiting, and training to ensure the cohort is technically healthy, relevant, and prepared to conduct its operational missions to the highest standard.
CW5 Ysen joined the Army in 1994 and has served in a variety of Signals Intelligence and Cyber assignments as an enlisted member and Warrant Officer.
