Dr. Arlene Espinal leads ManTech’s Analytics, Automation and Artificial Intelligence (A3) strategy and execution, developing innovative capabilities that leverage A3 for insights and intelligence that support government customers — and deliver outstanding results for their missions. An acknowledged leader in global strategy, big data analytics and next-generation information technologies, she is passionate about talent development and inclusion initiatives essential to advancing each of these fields. Recognized for her seminal role in driving awareness and change to social disparities that impact our communities, Dr. Espinal recently was named a 2021 Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Tech by the National Diversity and Leadership Council. She was also named a 2020 Top 100 Global Technology Leader by the HITEC Executive Council.
During her career spanning more than 20 years, Dr. Espinal has earned recognition as a strategic omni-channel influencer and expert in disruptive technologies that range from machine learning and robotic process automation, to Internet of Things, AI, business intelligence and product design. Most recently she served as the Global Head of Digital Transformation for SoftwareONE Corporation, where she led the transformation responsible for digital offerings, delivery and client engagements.
Dr. Espinal is well regarded in global markets as a deep corporate strategist who leverages thought leadership to transform enterprises using proven solutions from the inside out. As a leader in global strategy, big data analytics and next-generation ¬information technologies, she has advised global enterprises on technology strategy, growth development for digital scalability and next-generation technology investments that transform business.
A veteran of the U.S. Navy, Dr. Espinal served in the Information Technology, Communications, and Intelligence Operations field. She has also served as a civilian adviser for the U.S. Air Force on Intelligence Operations supporting cybersecurity. She is a member of the Delta Epsilon Tau International Honor Society and the National Honor Society and is also a doctorate sigma gamma and summa cum laude of California Intercontinental University. She received her doctoral degree in global business and leadership with a research concentration in digital scalability and transformation as a service.
