CW5 Chris R. Westbrook is a Senior Network Operations Technician currently serving as the Signal Regimental Chief Warrant Officer (RCWO) for the U.S. Army Signal Regiment at Fort Gordon, GA. He advises the Chief of Signal and Staff on technical, institutional, and doctrinal matters relating to the Signal Regiment. He serves as the principal advisor to the Chief of Signal on all aspects of Warrant Officer Proponency to include strength management, training, personnel development, and talent management.
CW5 Westbrook joined the Army in 1996 and has served in a multitude of operational and broadening assignments. He holds a Master of Arts Degree in Information Technology Management.
