The Army Capability Manager for Electronic Warfare will provide an update on Terrestrial Layer System (TLS)  Electronic Warfare Planning and Management Tool (EWPMT) as well as forecasts of new projects such as a requirement for a spectrum analyzer and real-time spectrum monitoring.
