strategy and objectives. Over 15 years’ experience Adopting/Buying/Creating solutions, spanning from enterprise operations to ruggedized, handheld environments. Highly proficient in vendor management, fiscal planning, and stakeholder management. Experienced in multiple Software Development Life-cycle (SDLC) models, credentialed in Portfolio/Program/Project Management.

Mr. Lyttle served as a Program Executive Officer-Cyber Development from July 2015 – September 2018 where he managed a portfolio of 40+ cybersecurity and mobility products defending the US Department of Defense enterprise across the world. Milestone decision authority for the project management lifecycle from initiation through closing. Prior to this PEO assignment he was a Senior IT Program Manager, Global Command and Control System-Joint. He also served as the Program Manager for customized IT software program that directs and controls military forces worldwide. Designed, developed, tested, deployed and sustained custom-made solutions for re-use and redevelopment to 30+ partner programs and key US allies used at over 1,000 locations worldwide.
