For over 30 years FTI has been in the business of helping the Department of Defense (DoD) and other government agencies implement informed and wise decisions, and to solve difficult problems. FTI is an employee-owned corporation, founded in Santa Barbara, California; headquartered and managed out of Beavercreek (Dayton), Ohio. FTI focuses on providing products and services that enable customers to make informed decisions affecting the operation and support of complex systems. FTI applies state of the art pattern analysis, statistics, system design, large data management, data visualization, decision aid, and signal processing technologies to perform prognostics, analysis, enterprise product life-cycle management and pattern recognition to optimize system performance.
The culture of FTI is clearly our primary discriminator. From the very beginning, the culture emphasized doing what was right, not only for the customers who pay for our services, but also for the employees who perform the services, and for the neighbors and others in the communities in which we all live. This culture was designed and nurtured by FTI’s founder. In November 2015, As a response to our Founder’s passing, and the official end of his charitable activities through FTI, our leadership established a new foundation for the preservation and transmission of FTI’s culture. From this new foundation our leadership created and refined FTI’s Purpose, Mission, Beliefs, Strengths, and Vision. These are the pillars of success that FTI is firmly founded on.
FTI’s Purpose: Make the World More Informed, Productive and Secure
FTI’s Mission: We partner with our customers to clear the path for their success
FTI’s Beliefs: Core Values, Commitment, Compassion and Charity (The 4 Cs)
FTI’s Strengths: Innovative, IP, Entrepreneurial, Agile, Reputation, and more
FTI’s Vision: FTI will be the Trusted Source for using Innovation to deliver Informed, Productive and Security Solutions.
