Ms. Dawn Ross is Grimmer Technology and Operations Inc.’s Chief Information Officer – A results oriented professional with over 30 years of leadership, program management, operational and analytical experience. Her extensive service history with the US Army has given her the opportunity to work closely with industry, research leading edge technologies, and make determinations on the probability of implementation. She has extensive experience in defense Command, Control, Communications, Computers strategic planning, project management, and systems integration. She is a proven strategic planner with vision to balance mission, message, and money to achieve desired outcomes. She has significant experience working with key customer executives, directors, management teams, and strategic partners. She also possesses extensive executive support experience in strategic planning and strategic communication at the highest levels of the Department of the Army, DoD, and across a variety of IT and network modernization initiatives. Ms. Ross received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Clarkson University where she received her active duty commission through the Golden Knights Battalion ROTC program. She earned her Master of Business Administration in Information Systems from George Washington University. Ms. Ross is also Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) V3 Foundation certified.
