Jennifer Jeans is the Alliant 2 Contracting Officer Representative (COR) within Federal Acquisition Service, Enterprise GWAC.
In her capacity as Alliant 2 COR, Ms. Jeans works with various aspects of the $50B Information Technology (IT) Government-Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC). She assists in the operations of the program from contract administration, data analytics to business development. She works closely with the Alliant 2 contractors and all federal agencies to provide support and collaboration.
Jennifer Jeans joined GSA on June 22, 2009 as a Business Management Specialist. She worked as a contractor at the Enterprise GWAC Center San Diego since 2003, serving as the Contract Specialist/Team Lead. Jennifer has worked as a government contractor for over 16 years, wearing multiple hats in fields such as administration, contract and project management, facility security and human resources.
As part of the GSA Enterprise team, Jennifer is responsible for implementing business development initiatives, developing communication strategies to promote GWACS, performing market research, event management, and attending site visits at customer agencies. Jennifer has multiple certifications such as a Human Resources Management, Facility Security Officer through Defense Investigative Service, Hotel Management, and received a Master Certification in Project Management through George Washington University.
