Nancy J. Limauro (She/Her) is Lead, Interagency Partnerships, for the Academic Programs and Outreach (APO) line of business of the Office of the Chief Learning Officer (OCLO) within the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Ms. Limauro routinely engages with partners and customers to ensure that their needs and expectations are being met and exceeded. Integrated management of CISA Training and Education (T&E) through partnerships across and external to CISA improves the agency’s capability to function as a high-performing organization and directly combats the national cybersecurity workforce shortage.
The OCLO mission is to assure access to world-class T&E services for all CISA stakeholders through public and private partnerships; advise the T&E organizations and alliances on workforce requirements; assist CISA employees with career progression; and act as the principal support, oversight, and planning organization for all (internal and external) CISA-sponsored T&E.
In her time at CISA, Ms. Limauro has served as the Cybersecurity Awareness Lead in the Stakeholder Engagement Division (SED), the Acting Director of International Affairs in the Cybersecurity Division (CSD), and the Stakeholder Liaison in the Infrastructure Security Division (ISD).
Prior to joining the federal government, Ms. Limauro was with SRA International, now General Dynamics Information Technology. While at SRA, she helped establish the Infrastructure Protection and Resiliency Division and held numerous project management positions while supporting DHS.
Ms. Limauro holds a Master of Science in National Resource Strategy from the Dwight D. Eisenhower School at National Defense University (NDU); a Bachelor of Arts in Government, with a concentration in Political Theory, from Georgetown University; and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)®.
