Description

Experts from the Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), FBI InfraGard, and others will address the pandemic related challenges to the cyber workforce. The discussion will range from the daily work environment, to training and education, and what a “hybrid or distributed workforce” looks like or will look like for the long run. Other questions, such as, how safe is a mobile workforce, and is our existing workforce trained and skilled at the highest level, will be discussed. This discussion has implications beyond the military environment and into academia and the business and industry environments. Employers (small businesses to large) and job seekers alike will want to attend this anticipated session for valuable insight on workforce planning steps to take now.
