Operating under Other Transaction Agreements, Consortium for Energy, Environment and Demilitarization (CEED) and Consortium for Command, Control and Communications in Cyberspace (C5) enable members to engage with the Government and provide the DoD access to leading innovators for rapid acquisition of emerging technologies.
