Michael (Tim) Stark

Profile
Michael “Tim” Stark is a Senior Systems/Software Engineer/Architect, and Full Stack Systems Developer with a special focus on application programming interfaces (APIs) and artificial intelligence (AI) equities. Mr. Stark has been supporting OUSD Research and Engineering (R&E) Systems Engineering and Architecture (SE&A), formerly AT&L Systems Engineering (SE) since 2017. Mr. Stark supports a wide range of Software Modernization activities, and Agile Systems/Software prototyping/data analysis, Combined Joint All Domain Command and Control (CJADC2), and Contested Logistics initiatives. Mr. Stark has over 25 years of DoD-related experience providing contract support for multiple ACAT-ID programs across the Department.
